This is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to Grand Avenue restaurants and outdoor running/biking on Summit Ave. The common areas are well maintained and staff is very helpful. Street parking is always easy to find and there is a driveway on the back of the building if you need to unload groceries before parking on the street.
